Our main conference space, the Heaphy Room is ideal for medium to large conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, seminars and performances.
Exhibition Halls A & B
Together Hall A and Hall B provide 4002sqm of high quality indoor exhibition space.
Claudelands Arena
The acoustically-stunning Claudelands Arena is the ideal space for everything from large plenary sessions and gala dinners, to exhibitions, concerts and sport events.
Arena Lounge
With superb views over Claudelands' greenspace, the Arena Lounge is a great space for meetings and functions.
Boardroom
Our boardroom is a comfortable and practical meeting space for up to 16 people.

Located on level one of the conference centre, Brooklyn 1 is ideal for small to medium meetings or functions.

Located on level one, this is a comfortable meeting or function space.

Located on level one, Brooklyn 3 is suitable for small conferences, meetings and breakout sessions.
